Rest of the World Clubs

The Mercedes-Benz Club of Victoria was formed in Melbourne in December 1970 to cater for the many and varied interests of Mercedes-Benz owners. The club has the official approval of Mercedes-Benz and is a member of[nbsp]Mercedes-Benz Club Management a division of the Mercedes-Benz Museum.

Activities include: motoring events such as rallies, economy runs, garage days, picnics and barbecues, restaurants and dinner dances. The club's premier event is the Concours d'Elegance, with members and visitors coming from all over Victoria and interstate to attend. There is a Biennial National Rally organised by each of the Australian Clubs in turn.

General meetings are held on the evening of the first Monday of the month (except January) at the licensed clubrooms of the East Malvern RSL, Stanley Grose Drive, East Malvern. At our meetings we cover general business, technical matters, social and motoring events and guest speakers. A lively discussion ensues over supper.

A 36 page printed magazine[nbsp]Around The Benz, which is posted to members each month contains Club news, personal glimpses, news of coming and past events and news from Mercedes-Benz. Of particular interest are the various Register pages containing news and technical information, invaluable to owners restoring or preserving their cars.

Mercedes-Benz owners (male and female) in all age groups will find the Club atmosphere and activities friendly and enjoyable, and the technical information valuable in minimising the cost of owning and running their cars. One membership covers singles or families (children under 18).
